Privacy Policy
How DigifyMe collects, uses and protects your information — including what happens when you request a free website audit.
Last updated: October 2026.
DigifyMe is a digital agency serving Australian and international clients remotely. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy is a plain-language summary of how we collect and use your information — it is not legal advice.
Information we collect
Free website audit requests
When you submit the form on our free website audit page, we collect:
- Your full name and business name.
- Your email address.
- Your website address and your country or target market.
- Your business type and a description of your main website concern.
- Your consent to have your website reviewed and to be contacted about your request, together with the date and time you submitted the form.
We also record the referring campaign details (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign) if you arrived through a tracked link, and we use basic spam-prevention measures on the form, which may involve checking your IP address.
General enquiries and other contact
If you contact us by email, phone, Viber or WhatsApp, we collect the details you choose to share so we can respond to you.
Usage information
Like most websites, we collect standard analytics information such as pages viewed, referring source, and device type, so we can understand how the site is used and improve it. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out tools or your browser settings.
How we use your information
- To carry out the website audit you requested and provide our services.
- To contact you about your audit request or enquiry, and to follow up if you ask us to.
- To keep a record of enquiries and communications.
- To improve our website, marketing and services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing newsletters unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run our business, and only to the extent they need it to provide their service to us:
- Our automation platform — when you request a free audit, your details are passed securely through our automation workflow so we receive your enquiry and can start the review.
- Google Workspace (including Google Sheets) — audit requests are recorded in a private spreadsheet so we can track and complete each review.
- Email — your enquiry is delivered to us by email so we can respond.
- Hosting and analytics providers — for operating the website and understanding usage.
Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We choose reputable providers and only share what is needed.
Security and retention
Form submissions are validated and transmitted securely, and access to enquiry records is limited to DigifyMe team members who need it. We keep audit-request and enquiry information for as long as needed to provide the services you've asked about and to maintain reasonable business records, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time. To make a request, email info@digifyme.co and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics. These help us understand which pages are useful and how visitors find us. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them won't stop you from using the site.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
